Ramudden completes three acquisitions
Ramudden has acquired 100% of the shares in three businesses across the Nordics - Veidrift AS (Norway), Roads Aps (Denmark) and JES TA & Trafik (Sweden) - to expand its services offerings and further solidify the footprint.

Veidrift AS, Norway was founded in 1991 and is one of the leading temporary traffic management and permanent sign installation companies in Norway. The company has since 2015 been part of Norvestor-owned Roadworks. The business is headquartered at Langhus and employs 55 people.
Roads Aps, Denmark was founded in 2017 and is the leading urban temporary traffic management provider in Copenhagen and Fredriksberg. The business operates out of one location in Copenhagen and employs 12 people.
JES TA & Trafik Sweden was founded in 2020 and is a fast-growing services provider in the Greater Stockholm region. The business operates from Tumba and employs 3 people.
